What are your responsibilities?
• Act as the key person for the project management of CRM system implementation
• Communicate with the end-users in different business units and the IT team to acquire users’ requirement
• Ensure all user requirements are properly and accurately documented
• Expedite and ensure smooth implement progress and SOP
• Conduct UAT and prepare training documents
• Follow up with the end-user after implementation and keep track for improvement

What skills/qualification will you need?
• Degree holder in BBA, Hotel Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in CRM project implementation
• Candidates with experience in hospitality or customer service industry are highly preferred
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, operation management tools (Visio or Nimbus) and MS Project is a must
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM is a plus
• Good command in English and Chinese
