What are your responsibilities?
• Provide excellent after-sale services to high net worth private and corporate clients
• Responsible for sales coordination including invoicing and payments follow up
• Handle customers’ enquiries/ complaints in a professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with marketing team and provide full support during company events
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure inventory level and timely delivery
• Perform ad hoc duties when required

What skills/ qualification will you need?
• Degree holder in any discipline
• Min 5 years of customer services experience, preferably gained from private banking or luxurious hotels
• Fluent in both spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office

Who would be suitable for the position?
• Able to work under pressure
• Detail-minded, independent, presentable and well-organized
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
