The client:
• A listed company with headquarter in Beijing

What can the client offer?
• Opportunity to work in a Fortune 100 company

What are your responsibilities?
• Assist in reviewing and drafting administrative and HR policies
• Prepare meeting documents and filing
• Prepare periodic administrative and HR reports to management
• Provide all-round administrative supports to the President and other departments
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

What skills/qualification will you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Min 5 years of experience in Human Resources; experience gained from Chinese Enterprise is highly preferred
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (especially Putonghua)

Who would be suitable for the position?
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and able to work independently
