What are your responsibilities?

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, coaching, C&B, performance management and bonus scheme review etc.

  • Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions

  • Support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

  • Lead and support various employee engagement activities, including but not limited to team building activities, awards amongst other staff engagement initiatives to drive company values

  • Work and collaborate with line managers to identify their training needs and provide customized training solutions

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, BBA or related disciplines

  • At least 12 years of work experience preferably with sizeable or foreign retail group

  • Proficient in HK Employment Ordinance & PRC Labor Contract Law and Tax Law

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
