What are your responsibilities?
Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, coaching, C&B, performance management and bonus scheme review etc.
Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions
Support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
Lead and support various employee engagement activities, including but not limited to team building activities, awards amongst other staff engagement initiatives to drive company values
Work and collaborate with line managers to identify their training needs and provide customized training solutions
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, BBA or related disciplines
At least 12 years of work experience preferably with sizeable or foreign retail group
Proficient in HK Employment Ordinance & PRC Labor Contract Law and Tax Law
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
