What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for reviewing and updating of the articles of association, club house’s rules and other communication material

  • Assist in new membership applications including conducting Club tours and collecting supporting documentation

  • Review and update membership category, status, band list, suspension and privilege programs

  • Assist in members’ disciplinary proceedings and disciplinary committee hearing


What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of experience in sizable membership management, private-club experience is highly preferred

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage


Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Independent and be able to meet deadline

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
