What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for reviewing and updating of the articles of association, club house’s rules and other communication material
Assist in new membership applications including conducting Club tours and collecting supporting documentation
Review and update membership category, status, band list, suspension and privilege programs
Assist in members’ disciplinary proceedings and disciplinary committee hearing
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 5 years of experience in sizable membership management, private-club experience is highly preferred
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
Who would be suitable for the position?
