What are your responsibilities?
Assist in the development of data warehouse and the operational dashboards for CRM analysis
Work closely with different departments and business units to perform evaluation and reports to expedite data-driven decision making process
Monitor the data quality and define regular processes to enhance data quality
Communicate with different business units and translate their business challenges into data analyses and provide insights and recommendations
Assist in CRM platform development and implementation
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Statistics, Computer Science, BBA or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ of experience in customer data analysis, data mining, segmentation and CRM area
Extensive knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and data analytic tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.)
Candidates with experience in ETL (Data Extraction, Transformation & Loading) and data wrangling are highly preferred
Fluent in English and Chinese
