What are your responsibilities?
Assist restaurant manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverages in the restaurant
Daily assessment of all operating equipment and inventory reporting faults, breakages and missing items
Coordinate marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
Respond to customer queries and complaints
Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are met
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Hospitality and/or culinary qualifications, or degree holder in hospitality or F&B management
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management
Candidates with Japanese restaurant experience are highly preferred
Knowledge of Hong Kong F&B practices.
Extensive knowledge of Japanese culture and F&B trend
Fluent in Japanese and English

The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services and upscale the restaurant standard is essential to success in this role
