What are your responsibilities?

  • Assist restaurant manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

  • Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverages in the restaurant

  • Daily assessment of all operating equipment and inventory reporting faults, breakages and missing items

  • Coordinate marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes

  • Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints

  • Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are met

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Hospitality and/or culinary qualifications, or degree holder in hospitality or F&B management

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management

  • Candidates with Japanese restaurant experience are highly preferred

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong F&B practices.

  • Extensive knowledge of Japanese culture and F&B trend

  • Fluent in Japanese and English
