What are your responsibilities?

  • Manage project and lead coordination of Request For Proposals (“RFPs”) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (“DDQs”) globally

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams, such as sales, portfolio managers, product specialists. In order to facilitate the crafting of RFP responses

  • Create compelling, client-focused RFP responses and customize responses based on client-specific inquiries

  • Build an in-depth knowledge of the firm's product offerings across asset classes, platforms, and overall investment capabilities.

  • Proactively manage and update Content Database and organize RFD responses

  • Responsible for the production, final execution and internal distribution of drafts and final version of RFPs

  • Improve the efficiency of the RFP process and the quality of responses for clients, consultants and prospects

  • Build an understanding of clients, consultants and prospects differing needs and levels of sophistication, in order to tailor responses to the target audience

  • Adhere to strict deadlines in a high-energy, fast pace environment with the ability to assess and reprioritize projects based on client needs (internally and externally)


What skills/qualifications will you need?

  • Undergraduate degree holder, preferably in business, finance or economics

  • Mid-level, 3 or more years of investment management experience or with RFPs/marketing/client service

  • Coverage of traditional and alternatives investments

  • Complete fluency in both written and spoken English

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
