What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for client billing for HK, SH and BJ offices

  • Perform billing in a timely manner and record all billing activities in the accounting system

  • Prepare and submit electronic invoices to clients through multiple e-billing platforms

  • Respond to fee earners/secretaries’ inquires in a timely manner

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Handle accounts receivables(AR) matters when needed


What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree holder

  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience with solid billing experience

  • Law firm experience and experience in Aderant is an advantage

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
