What are your responsibilities?
Explore business opportunities and establish key relationships with clients
Manage sales pipeline and reach for individual and team sales revenue targets
Project coordination with clients and internal teams and departments
Design and implement strategic business plan for achieving revenue growth in line with the regional and corporate objectives
Effectively develop and execute sales strategy and meet revenue target in order to align with the company overall strategy
Regularly update and analyse any business development related statistics
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
At least 5 years in business development experience in façade or architectural industry
Candidates with strong connection with contractors are highly preferred
Good command of English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills
