What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of CRM campaigns, promotion, and events
Work with IT & different parties for system development and enhancement across all CRM solutions
Support consumer data collection, conduct consumer analysis and initiate database marketing programs for segmentation and differentiation
Facilitate the development of automated sales and marketing strategies
Communicate with all users across the business to improve data validity
Evaluate performance and effectiveness of all CRM campaigns on regular basis; provide data insights and constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Prepare CRM reports regularly and handle daily operational tasks
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree in BBA, marketing, communications or related discipline
At least 4 years of relevant experience in CRM management
Candidates Must have solid experience and extensive knowledge in Salesforce
Good command of English and Chinese (spoken Cantonese and Mandarin)
