What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of CRM campaigns, promotion, and events

  • Work with IT & different parties for system development and enhancement across all CRM solutions

  • Support consumer data collection, conduct consumer analysis and initiate database marketing programs for segmentation and differentiation

  • Facilitate the development of automated sales and marketing strategies

  • Communicate with all users across the business to improve data validity

  • Evaluate performance and effectiveness of all CRM campaigns on regular basis; provide data insights and constructive feedback for continuous improvement

  • Prepare CRM reports regularly and handle daily operational  tasks

What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Degree in BBA, marketing, communications or related discipline

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in CRM      management

  • Candidates Must have solid experience and      extensive knowledge in Salesforce

  • Good command of English and Chinese (spoken      Cantonese and Mandarin)
