What are your responsibilities?
Set up business operation processes, procedures and policies through in-depth evaluation and execution of continuous improvements in compliance with standard practices and control
Involve in the development and implementation of strategic plans and organization management
Lead and manage operation activities to achieve overall corporate goals and performance objectives
Assist in the development of corporate governance and control framework
Coordinate with departmental heads and stakeholders on progress of corporate projects and accomplishment of objectives and targets
Ensure effective internal controls and managements
What skills/qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 10 years of experience in banking operation management
Candidates who has experience from sizable banks are highly preferred
Good command in English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
