What are your responsibilities?

· Handle enquiries and complaints from customers, agents (including telephone and digital platform), other insurance regulatory bodies and internal staff

· Maintain claims operation procedure and control manuals in comprehensive and regular update

· Assess and process claims application and involve in approving claims cases

· Lead and coordinate BAU system enhancement activities to meet business priorities

What skills/qualification will you need?

· Degree holder with relevant fields

· 5 years of relevant claims experience in life insurance industry

· Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
