What are your responsibilities?

  • Provide administration and operation support in conveyancing transactions

  • Build relationships with clients and both internal and external contacts on behalf of the team

  • Handle documentation from seller’s solicitors and clients

  • Ensuring documents are returned by clients and closely follow up progress the transaction

  • Maintain and update the filing systems

  • Act as the key contact with the clients and provide support

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree in related disciplines

  • 3+ year’s relevant working experience in the legal industry in conveyancing area

  • Experience in real estate sales and acquisitions

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
