What are your responsibilities?
Provide administration and operation support in conveyancing transactions
Build relationships with clients and both internal and external contacts on behalf of the team
Handle documentation from seller’s solicitors and clients
Ensuring documents are returned by clients and closely follow up progress the transaction
Maintain and update the filing systems
Act as the key contact with the clients and provide support
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree in related disciplines
3+ year’s relevant working experience in the legal industry in conveyancing area
Experience in real estate sales and acquisitions
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
