What are your responsibilities?

• All rounded corporate works with a focus on M&A

• Advising clients on regulatory matters

• Client development and handling

What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor

• 3+ years of solid experience and legal knowledge in M&A, knowledge in advising on regulatory matters is a plus

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese language skills (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Who would be suitable for the position?

• Highly intelligent and have excellent commercial judgement

• Have strong communication skills with experience of operating in a multi-cultural environment
