What are your responsibilities?
Manage and supervise the CS department to achieve the Company’s Service KPI
Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints through various channels including customer hotline, email and other social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram etc) in a professional manner
Analyze customers’ opinions and complaints; provide recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate with Operation team, Marketing team and Merchandising team on customer feedbacks to continuously improve brand image
Identify areas for improvement; prepare periodic reports to management
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
Min 5 years of customer services experience
Fluent in both spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office

Able to work under pressure
Detail-minded, independent, presentable and well-organized
Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
