What are your responsibilities?

  • Manage and supervise the CS department to achieve the Company’s Service KPI

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints through various channels including customer hotline, email and other social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram etc) in a professional manner

  • Analyze customers’ opinions and complaints; provide recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Communicate with Operation team, Marketing team and Merchandising team on customer feedbacks to continuously improve brand image

  • Identify areas for improvement; prepare periodic reports to management


What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline

  • Min 5 years of customer services experience

  • Fluent in both spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office
