What are your responsibilities?
Act as the customer service team lead and report to the Customer ServiceManager in reviewing and execute the group’s customer experience and ensure the process and standard are aligned in all service centers
Conduct regular site visits to ensure service standards are met
Provide training to junior staff in order to improve customer service standard
Monitor the customer service team’s performance and workflow
Work closely with both internal parties and external vendors to improve processes, work efficiency and facilitate standardization
What skills/qualification will you need?
Higher diploma or degree holder in any related disciplines
Minimum 6 years’ customer service experience including 2 years’ in supervisory level
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Shift duty is required
