What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the design and development of IT infrastructure to provide the best practices and security standard

  • Monitor and manage all IT systems to ensure they are in good status including Cloud platforms, application servers, database servers, POS terminals, CCTV, PABX, TCP/ IP network and VPN connections

  • Responsible for the preparation of IT documentation such as network diagram, flow diagram, SOP & user manual

  • Manage Level 3 support cases, act as the escalation point for trouble shooting and provide solution for major incidents

  • Provide IT administration support on RCA and resolution for      infrastructure troubleshooting

  • Responsible for the management of  daily IT system operations and monitoring such as health check, backup, system optimization, change implementation, system integration and security enhancement

  • Work closely with external vendors on setup, quotation, implementation, repair and maintenance

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or Information Systems

  • At least 5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure or related positions

  • Candidates MUST have solid experience in SharePoint, MS PowerApp, MS PowerAutomate, MS Flow

  • Holder of CCNA/ MCSE/ ITIL is preferred

  • Holder of Microsoft 365 Certifications/ AWS Certified Solutions Architect/ DevOps Engineer is preferred

  • Experience in Cloud platforms, O365, Microsoft platform, Linux platform (Suse & Ubuntu), Database servers, VMWare, Firewalls, WAF, Networking

  • Knowledge of VBScript, Powershell, Shell Script

  • Fluency in both spoken/written of English and Cantonese
