What are your responsibilities?
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the senior management
Arrange daily appointments, meetings schedule, business trips; and handle expenses claims
Liaise with internal and external parties to provide efficient support
Handle ad hoc duties as required
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
Min 5 years of relevant work experience in financial industry
Fluent in spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office
