What are your responsibilities?

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the senior management

  • Arrange daily appointments, meetings schedule, business trips; and handle expenses claims

  • Liaise with internal and external parties to provide efficient support

  • Handle ad hoc duties as required

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Min 5 years of relevant work experience in financial industry

  • Fluent in spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office
