What are your responsibilities?

  • Directs & manage essential central services such as reception, security,      maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal & recycling

  • Coordinates building maintenance & operational activities & planning of preventive maintenance schedules

  • Monitor and work closely with external supplier and vendors to ensure their service      standard

  • Plans & oversees facilities renovation, offices moving and new office openings

  • Ensures that facilities meet with government regulations & group standards

  • Procurement & contract management & respective control compliance

  • Develops & maintains operational manuals for facility management & office      administration

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor holder in business administration, facilities management, engineering or      related disciplines

  • At least 18 years’ relevant experience with sizable company

  • Proven track records of administration and facilities management working experiences in senior position

  • Good command in English and Chinese

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure

  • A good team player, self-motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic, proficiency in MS      Office and Chinese Word Processing
