What are your responsibilities?
Directs & manage essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal & recycling
Coordinates building maintenance & operational activities & planning of preventive maintenance schedules
Monitor and work closely with external supplier and vendors to ensure their service standard
Plans & oversees facilities renovation, offices moving and new office openings
Ensures that facilities meet with government regulations & group standards
Procurement & contract management & respective control compliance
Develops & maintains operational manuals for facility management & office administration
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor holder in business administration, facilities management, engineering or related disciplines
At least 18 years’ relevant experience with sizable company
Proven track records of administration and facilities management working experiences in senior position
Good command in English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure
A good team player, self-motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic, proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
