What are your responsibilities?

  • Oversee the daily operation of facilities management of the office building

  • Assist in maintenance, office renovation, relocation, repair, housekeeping, security      and facilities operations

  • Provide administration support to the facilities team

  • Monitor performance of vendors and ensure works are complied with local      regulations and policies

  • Act as the interface to ensure provision of efficient, safe and cost effective services in accordance to internal clients’ requirements

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • High diploma or higher in business administration, facilities management, engineering      or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years’ relevant facilities management experience with sizable company

  • Good command in English and Chinese

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure

  • A good team player, self-motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic, proficiency in MS      Office and Chinese Word Processing
