What are your responsibilities?
Monitor and ensure all renovation work, building repair and maintenance work are carried in good quality and complied with standards and specifications required by authorities and vendors
Ensure the training facilities meet legislated requirements including mechanical, electrical, emergency response systems & etc.
Plan and monitor the overall maintenance/improvement program for rental estates/managed properties/aged buildings
Provide support, guidance and assistance to the Team regarding any problems encountered; lead them with efficient and effective utilization of resources
Liaise with contractors / landlords / building management offices regarding repair & maintenance issues
Carry out ad-hoc or planned repair and maintenance works
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Facility Management, Building Service or Construction related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in property or facilities management
Candidates with experience in manufacturing is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Who would be suitable for the position?

Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
