What are your responsibilities?

  • Provide daily HR & Administrative support in operation department

  • Update HR system records, filing and data entry

  • Perform human resources function including job posting and internal training

  • Assist with Hong Kong Law Society and Immigration applications, correspondence and filings

  • Perform other ad hoc assignments when required

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration in professional industry

  • Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken & written
