What are your responsibilities?
Provide daily HR & Administrative support in operation department
Update HR system records, filing and data entry
Perform human resources function including job posting and internal training
Assist with Hong Kong Law Society and Immigration applications, correspondence and filings
Perform other ad hoc assignments when required
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration in professional industry
Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken & written
Who would be suitable for the position?
Able to work under pressure
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded
