What are your responsibilities?
Perform full spectrum of human resources functions covering compensation & benefits, staffing and employee relations etc.
Formulate and review human resources policies, practices and procedures
Handle annual C&B related exercises including but not limited to salary structure review, bonus scheme review, manpower budgeting, annual salary benchmarking and variable pay scheme review etc.
Manage daily HR operations including but not limited to on-boarding process, coordination with line managers on staff movement, termination and performance management cycle, etc.
Maintain staff record, update HRIS system and suggest for improvements
Conduct staff training and develop training contents as required
Conduct HR cost and budget analysis, and prepare relevant reports for management review
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines
At least 8 years related experience in human resources with and/or familiar with healthcare service industry
Well versed in China Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and all relevant government policies in WOFE
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus
