What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for full range of HR duties including recruitment & selection, employee relations, training & development, and compensation & benefits etc.

  • Assist in reviewing and drafting HR policies and procedures of the Company

  • Prepare periodic administrative and HR reports to management

  • Provide all-round administrative supports to the President and other departments

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Min 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management; experience gained from Chinese Enterprises will be an advantage

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Proficient in MS office


Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Self-motivated with good sense of responsibility and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
