What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for full range of HR duties including recruitment & selection, employee relations, training & development, and compensation & benefits etc.
Assist in reviewing and drafting HR policies and procedures of the Company
Prepare periodic administrative and HR reports to management
Provide all-round administrative supports to the President and other departments
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
What skills/qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
Min 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management; experience gained from Chinese Enterprises will be an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficient in MS office
Who would be suitable for the position?

Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
