What are your responsibilities?
Perform all rounded HR services including payroll, MPF, recruitment, onboard processing, compensation & benefits management, performance evaluation, employee relations etc.;
Review and formulate C&B policies and procedures; assist in process streamlining
Handle annual C&B related exercises which include but not limited to salary structure review, bonus scheme review, manpower budgeting, annual salary benchmarking, variable pay scheme review etc.
Conduct HR cost and budget analysis, and prepare relevant reports for management review.
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in human resources, business administration or related disciplines
At least 8 years related experience in human resources from FMCG or F&B industry
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Who would be suitable for the position?
Strong business mind-set and high sensitive to figures
Good management and interpersonal skills
