What are your responsibilities?

  • Perform all rounded HR services including payroll, MPF, recruitment, onboard processing, compensation & benefits management, performance evaluation, employee relations etc.;

  • Review and formulate C&B policies and procedures; assist in process streamlining

  • Handle annual C&B related exercises which include but not limited to salary structure review, bonus scheme review, manpower budgeting, annual salary benchmarking, variable pay scheme review etc.

  • Conduct HR cost and budget analysis, and prepare relevant reports for management review.

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in human resources, business administration or related disciplines

  • At least 8 years related experience in human resources from FMCG or F&B industry

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Strong business mind-set and high sensitive to figures

  • Good management and interpersonal skills
