What are your responsibilities?

  • Act as HR business partner to provide HR advisory to stakeholder and department heads including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management and succession planning

  • Build an effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

  • Provide HR strategies based on organization policies & procedures to the designated business unit

  • Support HR operations delivery via consulting, advisory, support and guidance on HR matters

  • Roll-out HR initiatives and participates in key HR projects as requested


What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines

  • At least 7 years of solid experience in full spectrum of HR work experience

  • Candidates from banking industry are highly preferred

  • Extensive experience in handling mass volume recruitment

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
