What are your responsibilities?
Act as HR business partner to provide HR advisory to stakeholder and department heads including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management and succession planning
Build an effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
Provide HR strategies based on organization policies & procedures to the designated business unit
Support HR operations delivery via consulting, advisory, support and guidance on HR matters
Roll-out HR initiatives and participates in key HR projects as requested
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines
At least 7 years of solid experience in full spectrum of HR work experience
Candidates from banking industry are highly preferred
Extensive experience in handling mass volume recruitment
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Strong organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
