What are your responsibilities?
Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the back office, including settlement team and account opening team
Develop and enforce related policies and procedures
Design data flow, integration models and reporting protocols
Establish and manage the operation team and standardize operation to achieve overall KPIs & business targets
Ensure compliance of relevant regulations of back office
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in BBA, economics, or related disciplines
At least 7 years of experience from securities and finance company
Solid back-office operations experiences with securities products, such as Hong Kong and Global securities and futures, mutual funds, bonds, structural products, ESOP & etc.
Candidates MUST have extensive experience with trading process and back office operations flow
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Who would be suitable for the position?
