What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities
Provide market feedback to the company leaders regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
Drive revenue and profit to achieve the company`s ambitious growth
Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the exploration of new markets
Set goals and develop strategic plans for manufacturing enhancement and upgrading to maintain the company’s long-term competitiveness
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management or related disciplines
At least 8 years’ relevant executive experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment
Experience in managing multiple manufacturing sites in mainland China or Southeast Asia is highly preferred
Good command in both English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
