What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities

  • Provide market feedback to the company leaders regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas

  • Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business

  • Drive revenue and profit to achieve the company`s ambitious growth

  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the exploration of new markets

  • Set goals and develop strategic plans for manufacturing enhancement and upgrading to maintain the company’s long-term competitiveness


What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management or related disciplines

  • At least 8 years’ relevant executive experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions

  • Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment

  • Experience in managing multiple manufacturing sites in mainland China or Southeast Asia is highly preferred

  • Good command in both English and Chinese

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business

  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
