What are your responsibilities?
Assist in the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and qualifying, to evaluating candidates for talent mapping
Responsible for sourcing and identifying talents to meet the organization needs and growth
Coordinate recruitment events, such as career talk, job fair etc.
Perform job posting arrangement, take charge of general staff recruitment projects and conduct interviews
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in any disciplines
2+ years of experience in human resources/ administration field will be an advantage
Extensive knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR practice
Good command in English and Chinese
Who would be suitable for the position?
Analytical, innovative, able to manage multiple projects & change at fast pace
Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude
