What are your responsibilities?
Formulate and monitor the execution of Human Resources management strategies, policies and procedures to support the company’s overall business objective in Hong Kong and China region
Facilitate and execute the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance evaluation and employee development programs
Act as a strategic HR business partner to strengthen the working relationship with different business units by providing professional HR advices and figure out feasible cross boarder solutions
Perform analysis and evaluate on existing HR programs and improve its effectiveness

What skills/qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree in related principle
10 years+ of work experience in companies with PRC listed enterprise background is a must
Fluent in Putonghua and English
Detail-oriented, well organized and proactive
