What are your responsibilities?
Assist the IT Manager with the system integration test, end-user training & UAT
Responsible for the applications support of the retail system including POS, CRM, BI tools and ERP systems
Provide second tier support on POS inquiries; perform troubleshooting and provide solution on POS
Work closely with application development team and external vendors for support and solution delivery
Responsible for the preparation of IT & system documents
Provide IT service desk support to internal users from frontline and back office within the region
What skills/qualficiation will you need?
High diploma or degree holder in IT or related disciplines
At least 3 years of IT experience from retail industry
Extensive knowledge in supporting POS and ERP system
Good exposure in managing and supporting desktop hardware and software
Who would be suitable for the position?
A good team player with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills
Pro-active, resourceful with good initiative and result-oriented
