What are your responsibilities?
-
Responsible for the 1st tier user support for IT equipment and application
-
Work closely with external suppliers and vendors to ensure the IT services are in quality and cost effective

Perform maintenance & regular checks
-
Responsible for the trouble shooting for internal users and provide solution in a timely manner
-
Work with the IT team to sort out requirements for system upgrade and enhancements
-
Communicate closely with internal users to get feedbacks for regularly improvement of IT service
What skills/ qualification will you need?
-
Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
-
At least 2 years of experience in IT support in medium to sizable company
-
Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, server & network implementation is a MUST
-
Candidates with additional skills e.g. basic Linux commands, exchange and domain servers (MCSE Certified), networking, firewall or routers (CCNA Certified) etc. are highly preferred
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
