What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the 1st tier user support for IT equipment and application

  • Work closely with external suppliers and vendors to ensure the IT services are in quality and cost effective

  • Perform maintenance & regular checks

  • Responsible for the trouble shooting for internal users and provide solution in a timely manner

  • Work with the IT team to sort out requirements for system upgrade and enhancements

  • Communicate closely with internal users to get feedbacks for regularly improvement of IT service


What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related discipline

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support in medium to sizable company

  • Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, server & network implementation is a MUST

  • Candidates with additional skills e.g. basic Linux commands, exchange and domain servers (MCSE Certified), networking, firewall or routers (CCNA Certified) etc. are highly preferred

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
