What are your responsibilities?
Provide daily IT support for internal users
Act as the first point of contact to provide IT helpdesk support and trouble shooting
Provide on-site and remote IT support
Provide guidance to users for system errors
Escalate calls in timely matters
Produce training material and deliver training to internal users
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk support
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
Strong English and Chinese language skills
Who would be suitable for the position?
Good troubleshooting skill
Good interpersonal skill, customer service orientated
