What are your responsibilities?
Act as a team lead and provide daily IT support for Internal users
Act as the 2nd tier support of contact to provide IT helpdesk support and troubleshooting
Provide on-site and remote IT support
Provide guidance to users for system errors
Produce training material and deliver training to internal users
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
5 years of experience in IT Support
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
Strong English and Chinese language skills
Who would be suitable for the position?
Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible and able to handle multiple tasks
