What are your responsibilities?

  • Evaluate food products especially sushi &      sashimi items to assure that standards are consistently attained

  • Ensure high standards of sanitation,      cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all      times

  • Manage cost & inventory control as well as      kitchen operations

  • Menu design, translation and costing

  • Promote a safe working environment and      attitude on the part of all team members in areas of responsibility

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Certificate or diploma in the hospitality / catering industry

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in Japanese restaurant or relevant F&B operations, specialty in sushi & sashimi session

  • Ability to deal with all customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Native Japanese with working visa in HK

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Team player and able to develop sound working relationship with all staff members
