What are your responsibilities?
Evaluate food products especially sushi & sashimi items to assure that standards are consistently attained
Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
Manage cost & inventory control as well as kitchen operations
Menu design, translation and costing
Promote a safe working environment and attitude on the part of all team members in areas of responsibility
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Certificate or diploma in the hospitality / catering industry
A minimum of 5 years work experience in Japanese restaurant or relevant F&B operations, specialty in sushi & sashimi session
Ability to deal with all customers in a professional and courteous manner
Native Japanese with working visa in HK
Who would be suitable for the position?
Team player and able to develop sound working relationship with all staff members
