What are your responsibilities?

  • Manage product inspection, quality control management and product safety

  • To ensure smooth operation of the factories

  • Compose reports on production

  • Perform ad hoc assignments 


What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • At least 8 years in toys, experience in plush toys is an advantage

  • 5 years supervisory experience in leading QA/QC staff for daily operations

  • Good command of both English and Japanese is a must

  • Familiar with global safety standards and AQL inspection level.  With experience in international retailers / buying office is preferable

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Strong leadership, well-organised and with good communication skills

  • Willing to business travel
