What are your responsibilities?
Manage product inspection, quality control management and product safety
To ensure smooth operation of the factories
Compose reports on production
Perform ad hoc assignments
What skills/qualification will you need?
Higher Diploma or above
At least 8 years in toys, experience in plush toys is an advantage
5 years supervisory experience in leading QA/QC staff for daily operations
Good command of both English and Japanese is a must
Familiar with global safety standards and AQL inspection level. With experience in international retailers / buying office is preferable
Who would be suitable for the position?
Strong leadership, well-organised and with good communication skills
Willing to business travel
