What are your responsibilities?

  • Office administration duties to ensure smooth operations for the team.

  • Daily handling of incoming calls and correspondence.

  • Perform secretarial tasks for the non-contentious team including but not limited to handling incoming calls and correspondences, filing, creating and maintaining schedules, and some minor accounting matters.

  • Provide support at conferences booths; greet and meet with clients.

  • Organise staff meetings and events for the firm.


What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • University level education.

  • At least 5 years as a secretary in a law firm.

  • Knowledge of office procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken & written.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Meticulous organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Audtio-typing skills is a plus.
