What are your responsibilities?

· Formulate operational plans to promote the growth and expansion of users and transactions

· Develop & implement operational strategies whilst closely communicate with product and technical teams for the purpose of  product development

· Perform regular benchmarking with competitors, and collect and analyse feedback from users and business departments regarding the operation process in a timely manner in order to improve business processes & results

· Monitor daily operational data by coordinating resources from various departments to improve online and offline marketing strategies and activity plans

What skills/qualification will you need?

· Degree holder in BBA, marketing or related disciplines

· At least 5 years of marketing and operation experience from banks or fintech companies

· Candidates with extensive managerial experience are highly preferred

· Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

· Macau ID holder; based in Macau

Who would be suitable for the position?

· Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
