What are your responsibilities?
Act as a business partner and provide solutions on CRM and business intelligence to different business units
Conduct in-depth business portfolio review and analysis to drive business strategy and increase customer profitability
Support customer profiling to identify customer behaviour and formulate customer segment for targeting
Adopt data driven culture to incorporate business intelligence into daily processes, review business performance
Conduct quantitative analysis to identify new business opportunities, optimize the profitability of the business and ascertain root cause of business’ issues
What skills/qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 8+ years of experience in CRM and data analytical background
Candidates with experiences in predictive analytics is a PLUS
Hands-on experience of relational database, maintain and compose sophisticated SQL scripts
Extensive knowledge in using MS Excel, MS Access and SQL; knowledge and experiences in using SPSS and Tableau are highly preferred
Capability in handling voluminous data and writing efficient queries
