What are your responsibilities?
Handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including the implementation of global policies, regulatory issues,discrimination, and data privacy matters
Hands on in leading a case whilst mentoring junior team members
Liaise with other departments and international teams in cross- border, cross- department matters
Represents the employment team in working with the M&A team and advising on the employment aspects
Keep abreast of the latest developments in employment legislations globally
What Skills/ qualification will you need?
4-7 pqe, HK qualified
Exposures with high profile international matters
Must be fluent in English and Chinese (particularly Mandarin)
Who would be suitable for the position?
Someone who likes the challenges of working with international conglomerates
A team player is a must, as the employment department works with different departments in all of its matters
Someone with an entrepreneur mindset and able to think on its feet
