What are your responsibilities?

  • Assist the brand manager in retail operations and events

  • Manage external vendors including PR agencies, manufacturers and retailers

  • Administrator for company website, including customer enquiries, order processing and reporting

  • Manage inventory and shipment arrangement

  • Handle sales report, quotation and purchase order

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in retail industry

  • Experience in Shopline such as E-commerce will be an advantage

  • Excellent command in English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Organized and the ability to multitask
