What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for manage and oversee the daily operation of restaurants
Manage budgets and forecast the expenses to prepare the reports with data analysis, provide suggestions to improve profitability
Maintain high level of customer’s satisfaction, effective workforce planning, pipeline management, and progression planning
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way
Create and drive strategies for the business to improve operational management
Monitor the market trend and offer suggestions to improve the performance in order to stand out from the competitors
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree holder in Hospitality, Operation Management, Catering or other related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of work experience in Catering Operations with proven food & beverage operational knowledge, skills and experience, also track record in supervisory level
Suitable candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Operations Manager
Good business sense with strong passion in food & beverage industry
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
