What are your responsibilities?
Establish and lead the Pricing & Legal Project Management function across Asia
Oversee client rate arrangements and negotiation
Work alongside the Asia Management Committee and Practice Leader on approvals and pricing strategy
Assist CRPs and CRMs with client pricing negotiations through the provision of concise supporting data analysis, recommendations, and negotiation strategies
Provide tactical advice and analytical support to assist partners on optimal pricing of major non-contentious matters including initial pricing and any renegotiations
Develop and deliver legal project management foundations factoring in global and local objectives
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Degree holder in BBA or related disciplines
At least 5 years of financial or business development experience from professional services environment
A good understanding of Alternative fee arrangements utilised in law firm pricing
Who would be suitable for the position?
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Extremely numerate, with the proven ability to convert complex/raw data into concise and actionable intelligence
