What are your responsibilities?
Provide strategic advice to the business units heads and partnering on organization transformation and internal communication
Support the business in the design and implementation of major organization transformation & people-oriented programs, including organization redesign, talent management, culture change etc.
Assist in change management activities through the assessing change impacts and developing required change materials including communications and training materials
Monitor all projects status and ensure smooth implementation by coordinating with different parties
Conduct analysis of the results and effectiveness of the projects between current and target state, identify opportunities for change and improvement
What skills/qualification will you need?
Degree or Master holder in communication, business administration or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in communication or organization development
Candidates with experience in sizable companies are highly preferred
Strong project management skills and experience is a MUST
Good command in written and spoken English
Native English speaker are highly preferred
Who would be suitable for the position?
