What are your responsibilities?
Lead the SME team to achieve sales and business targets
Manage daily operations, including loan application, customer enquiries, and documents preparation
Conduct strategy planning and develop mechanism to deliver the company’s business and customer segmentation strategy
In charge of corporate loan business development and maintain good relationships with existing clients to grow revenue
Formulate SME strategic plan in line with company’s business development needs
Provide updated financial market information, professional advice, and high-quality services for SME clients to strengthen customer loyalty
Manage operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and compliance standards
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder or above in Finance, BBA or related disciplines
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in financial industry, including at least 3 years' experience in a managerial level
Candidates with experience in branch operations would be an advantage
Proven sales record in SME loan achievement
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
