What are your responsibilities?
Collaborate with internal departments and business units to understand their business goals and target their criteria to drive marketing & CRM campaigns, promotions and communications
Perform customer segmentation & evaluate on the effectiveness of target selection and segmentation throughout the campaigns
Formulate insights to improve customer experience and maximize returns on investment
Assist in building simulation and modelling using analytics forecasting models
Perform data analyses for quantitative studies and ad hoc projects such as data mining and modelling.
Work closely with external vendors on BI and CRM projects
What skills/qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree holder preferably in statistics, quantitative analysis, MIS, computer science, BBA or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in campaign targeting or data mining on customer analyses
Candidates with experience in customer segmentation is an advantage
Solid experiences in using MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, SAS, SPSS and Tableau for business practices
Good command in English and Chinese
