What are your responsibilities?
Provide generalist HR support and advice to business lines and management
Act as a business partner to provide labour market updates to address business unit’s human capital needs and business priorities
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, employee relations, learning & development and compensation & benefits
Review and update HR policies, procedures and processes periodically to ensure that they are all up-to-date and in line with labor law
Assist in the planning and implementation of new HR projects when needed
What skills/ qualification will you need?
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in legal firms or professional firms
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills; both written and verbally
Strong organizational skills and management skills
